After managing to sell just nine in four months, I was fired by my own father 🙁 and watched as an auctioneer sold the remaining twelve properties in just 21 days.
That experience ignited a spark in me. While I was impressed with the auctioneer’s speed and results, I also saw too many pitfalls in the traditional auction process—financial risks for sellers, devaluation of assets, low absolute bids, and forced decisions. I had a vision: to create a better system—one that would empower sellers, guarantee control, and maximize value without compromising their interests.

My team of 35 agents and I didn’t just survive; we thrived and dominated, capturing 25% of all sales in a market of 67,000 people.

From 1981 to 1989, I advanced into senior management with Coldwell Banker, where I developed innovative accelerated sales systems for corporate relocations and foreclosures. The Savings and Loan Crisis and the RTC sell-off of the late 1980s and early 1990s pushed me to think creatively and strategically, leading to transformative solutions in the most challenging markets.
In 1989, I relocated to Boca Raton, Florida, and immersed myself in the struggling luxury market. Developers and builders in luxury home developments with multi-million-dollar custom homes—priced between $2 million and $12 million—were facing zero sales for over eight months. My strategies transformed these setbacks into multiple sales within just two months.
By creating a specialized Accelerated Sales Team of 180 agents, I reshaped South Florida’s high-end market, establishing new benchmarks for success and market dominance.



From 1993 to 2011, I worked with industry leaders, shattered sales records, and built luxury divisions for major real estate companies. During this time, I pioneered the Public Pricing™ system, a groundbreaking strategy born out of necessity in the aftermath of the 2008 real estate crash. By 2010, Public Pricing™ had evolved into a game-changing approach that consistently delivered results far beyond market expectations.
One notable success was the sale of an estate home for $3.5 million, while similar properties in the area were only selling for $2.5 million. Another record-setting achievement involved a $2.9 million estate that had lingered on the market for 18 months with a competitor. I was engaged on February 21, 2014, placed the property under contract by March 22, 2014, and closed the sale on April 12, 2014, for $3 million.
The record price differential came with a commercial property that had an opening bid of $16 million and ultimately sold for an astounding $37 million.
In 2024, I launched Accelerated Sale International, LLC, an advisory and marketing management company dedicated to delivering my expertise and innovative systems to property owners, agents, brokers, attorneys, and lenders on both a national and international scale.
